Billy Bradham (1972)

i remember capt bailey as a very squared away cadet officer, his uniform was immaculate, shoes glass shined, and serious military bearing; however, what i remember most was his personable ways, a real leader with compassion & understanding for first year cadets who were not up to standing. during an inspection he offered words of encouragement, an unbelievably postive man that i respected & admired.
