If you know any or our cadets who are under the weather healthwise, please let us know and we will post his/her condition on the "Cadets Forum" so that everyone stays up-to-date and can wish them well by adding a reply to the comments.

The Following Message Was Received

From Richard McGhee's Wife........

Thank you for your note.  Richard is doing well we think.   Richard went back to the doctor today (Friday) for the first time.  They took out his staples.  He gets to take his first shower tomorrow!!!  His range of motion is already 112!  The doctor said no one has that range in just 2 weeks!!  We were pleased!!  He needs to get to 120.  However he is at -8 on getting his leg straight out.  He needs to get to zero.  So there is work to do!

The huge place where the skin came off from the tape is healing.  He has had problems with the cumadin also.  They can't seem to get the proper level.  Next week he begins outpatient therapy and blood work instead of having them come to the house.  He is making progress!  We are both ready for more improvement!

Thank you for your care and concern.  We appreciate all your prayers and well wishes!  We are getting there slowly but surely!

If anyone would like to send Richard an Email, go to his profile and send him a "Get Well" message. Thanks Randy Jennings

I just received this message from Irma Smith concerning her husband Skipper Smith.

I am writing to tell the GOOD news Skipper received last week.. His CT Scan showed no remaining cancer in his throat and they removed his trach.. He is still recovering from the journey so still keep him in your prayers.

More to come......
