Comments:    Left school and was ready to enlist but my eyes couldn't pass muster. Went to work, got married, made babies, ended up as a traveling salesman, selling medical disposables, musical instruments and amps, and playing music.

Ended up running a small company, Sales manager for Lowe's and then in sales in the building trade and retired when the market went South.

Music has always been something very important to me and I have been fortunate to work with some really good talent. Probably will play until my heart stops working. Keeps me young and the mind sharp.

School Story:    David Yandles impromptu "desk" drum solo's were always a real treat in Major Stones Latin Class. Major Stone was never pleased! David could get more sounds from his desk than most drummers could from a full set of drums.

Also playing at the Junior/Senior at Chadborn. That was fun. I guess kids our age just didn't like "big band". Randy and the other players were just fun......

Someone has put 2 songs on YouTube. We played for the 4th Of July Party in Faith, NC and these were recorded there.
