I was just looking at the "in memory" section and noticed John Rouse's name and he was an army vet ... so if anyone knows how to update this and enter him as being in the US Army please do so  Thanks   John

Any changes? You would need to contact cadet Randy Jennings. He pretty much is the CMA webmaster. Great guy cadet Jennings!

John was a great friend. we decided cut our own hair before Federal Inspection one year so we would have more hair than annyone for the Inspection, we made complete mess our heads, Jake had to straighteni our heads heads out with his straight razor. We wanted the most hair and wound  up with least. John kept me laughing all time. Love You buddy

To me John's was a rags to riches story. I met John when he came to CMA and got to know him real well because we both lived in Charlotte and hung out together away from CMA. As a youth he got into a lot of trouble and without going into detail, ended up at CMA. Like a lot of us John was a prankster and got into his share of trouble at CMA. He was kicked out of CMA for a reason a lot of us did not agree with and from there joined the Army Airborne Rangers. He worked hard and became a trainer in the Airborne Rangers and after an honorable discharge he started a computer related business. That business became successful and then was bought out by a larger computer company. He became the sales rep for that company and went on to work with sales and other facets with different telecom and computer companies worldwide. When John passed away in 2003 he was planning to come to the first CMA reunion and was really looking forward to it but he didn't make it. When John passed away he was very wealthy and had done well for himself. John was a good and loyal friend and he proved with his life that you can take what looks like a life going down a bad road and with hard work turn it into something positive and successful. We still miss you. Your old friend. Jimmy Thomas
