Bordie was my first assigned roommate when I arrived at CMA.  I remember him as friendly and unassuming.  He quietly helped me learn the daily routine and had a smile and gentle laugh pretty much all the time.  He was a good first mentor into the Cadet Life and surely made my three years at CMA a better success than it might have been without his early example.
